The place was spotlessly clean with amazing friendly and efficient staff members. The breakfast was rich and absolutely superb - a wide array of dishes. Location: the hotel was close to the centre of the complex as well as the local food markets. I ate in the outdoor restaurant nearby.

Honestly no complaints. Hospitable and useful staff, overall clean and nicely decorated hotel. Wonderful location, a short way from everywhere. Found in a well-kept area. Rich breakfast with Vietnamese food, croissants, the best selections, reasonably priced.

Honestly no complains at all. Special hotel, nice comfy base for exploring Hoi An. Really polite and superfriendly staff, magnificent location just off the old town or the beach as well as a tropical island of sorts. Also, in beautiful surroundings.

Our room was great-sized, functional, with smart TV, balconies, for instance. Its amazing, central location was a plus. Café Sinh Thai Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

We had a fantastic stay at the resort with amazing hospitality. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. The two swimming pools were a great addition, and the strong Wi-Fi kept us connected throughout our stay. The complimentary bicycle rental was a nice perk, allowing us to easily explore Hoi An. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel also had a beautiful pool area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the room service prices were reasonable. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the nearby beaches, which was a nice convenience.
The rooms were a bit noisy due to thin walls, and I could hear the conversations from the neighboring rooms. The Wi-Fi signal was weak in certain areas of the hotel, which was frustrating when trying to connect to the internet.
